  1. Places

    On the Google Maps, if you want to customize the POI (point of interests), you can create categories and add customized places.

    1. Add categories

      1. Click on “Place Categories” in the left navigation
      2. Click on the “Add new” button
      3. In the “Name” field, type the name of the category (ex: subway)
      4. Click on the “Add New Category” button to save

    2. Add places

      1. Click on the “Add new” button
      2. Type the name of the place
      3. Select the place category
      4. Click on the “Create new place” button
      5. Type the address of the place
      6. Click on the “Publish” button to save
